My father was a resident at Traditions Memory Care for most of the past year and I cannot say enough about the facility, the staff, and how well they cared for him. I attempted to look after my father for as long as I could (dementia) but when he lost the ability to walk I had no choice but to find a care facility for him. It was a very hard thing to do but the staff was so welcoming and thoughtful that it helped with the transition. After he got settled I visited him as often as I could and he seemed truly happy there. The staff was amazing, kind, engaging, and caring and they sent me frequent updates on how he was doing so I was never left wondering. The layout of the facility was wonderful as well and made you feel like you were in a small town in the 50s. While leaving a loved one in someone else's care is never easy to do I can say with no uncertainty that Traditions gave him better care than I ever could have and I am grateful that this was his final home.
